Dragan Radovic is quite possibly the world’s fittest 60year old. Described by 3-time World’s Strongest Man, Bill Kazmaier, as ‘one of the most impressive strength athletes I have ever encountered’, Dragan has spent the last decade training professional athletes, setting world records & in his spare time, travelling the world to seek out the fittest, strongest and toughest athletes and challenging them to a simple but brutal test of strength and endurance known as the Dragan Challenge. In 10years he has never been beaten, despite being taken on by thousands of challengers from every corner of the globe and every sports background. As he approaches the grand age of 61 Dragan feels he has still not reached his peak, and this year plans to officially set a Guinness World Record as his Dragan Challenge is launched across the UK, endorsed and sponsored by supplement giants Maximuscle. |

ragan’s training method Fitness4x4 is a revolutionary approach to training which achieves an impressive (and highly functional) balance between strength and endurance in the upper and lower body. Delivering the kind of power that has impressed world’s strongest men and the kind of Cardio endurance that can compare with even the most elite endurance athletes, Dragan’s method may well be the long sought solution for the elite all-round athlete. |

Weighing in at over 90kgs, with a resting heart rate of just 35bpm, and a world record in endurance dumbbell lifting, Rajko is an impressive athlete. Having studied at the UK’s leading Institute of Sport (Loughborough University) where he competed at the highest level of Inter-Collegiate sport, Rajko then took the mantle of pioneering the brutally effective Hour of Power Workout, travelling with his father (and fitness legend) Dragan Radovic to some of the world’s biggest fitness expos. Rajko and his father began to carve out niche in the fitness industry which would lead to invitations to compete and demonstrate their method at the Arnold Classic. In 2007 Rajko was selected to feature in the highly acclaimed BBC documentary Last Man Standing, taking an epic 14month journey to compete in extreme tribal sports against some of the world’s most remote tribesmen. Rajko’s contribution to the show earned him the title of ‘Fitness Guru’ and despite broken bones, torn ligaments and poisonous insect bites, his performance left him as joint leader at the show’s conclusion. In 2010 Rajko is being sponsored by Maximuscle to officially launch the Dragan Challenge on a national scale, and will be involved in a number of high profile fitness appearances including a Guinness World Record Attempt. He is an elite trainer of athletes and fighters in the Fitness4x4 method, the National Director of Fitness4x4 Ltd and the Hour of Power Workout, and an inspirational speaker. At just 31 years of age, he is looking to not only exceed his father’s record breaking fitness accomplishments, but perhaps more significantly to take his father’s Fitness4x4 method to a whole new generation of elite athletes. |
I was training six times a week with no results. Since doing more upper body work and concentrating on specific running exercises my times have reduced and my technique has improved. 28.30 before, 26.45 after in only 3 weeks.
Fitness 4x4 gave me more strength to run fast.
