I always thought thought I was fit until I came across Fitness 4X4. The intensity and total body conditioning of this class has taken my Fitness Level to a new height and I keep improving every week.
Before I used to work out 3 times a week and felt ok but since I started this class I have felt like a new person. My body shape has changed and my energy levels have shot up immensely.
