DRAGAN CHALLENGE - to feature at leading UK Fitness Expo’s
After a highly successful 2009 for the Fitness4x4 'Dragan Challenge', the sport of endurance lifting looks set to become a national phenomenon in 2010, with Dragan and Rajko already confirmed at two of the UK's leading Fitness EXPO'S - Bodypower (NEC, Birmingham) and SENI (Excel, London) and now being sponsored by Maximuscle to Tour the UK!
Last year's Bodypower event saw World's Strongest Man Mariusz Pudzianowski take the stage to try his hand at Dragan's lifting, as well as celebrity Gladiators Atlas (Sam Bond) and Warrior (Dan Singh) and Last Man Standing's 'Wole'.

"In the past some people may have got the impression that the Dragan Challenge is just about my Dad beating everyone in an event that only he is good at...or that it's some strange genetic ability unique to our family! In fact that's not true at all and this year with the Maximuscle Dragan Challenge we're expecting hundreds of guys to start using this amazing exercise to supplement their training and dramatically change their upper body strength and endurance. The only reason I've ever done it is cos it allows me to get really good results from a relatively short period of time training...but of course it's also a good constant challenge to try to beat my Dad too"
