October 2007 - The Way of Dragan
The 2007 Fitness4x4® Seminar and Hour of Power® Instructors Course was held at Sportspace Hemel Hempstead.
During the weekend of 27th and 28th October 2007 participants had the rare opportunity to meet with two truly amazing
endurance athletes, Dragan Radovic and his son, Rajko. Described on American television as ‘the world’s fittest 59 year old’,
Dragan is the founder of the Fitness4x4® training method and the current world record holder in endurance-dumbbell-lifting.
His son Rajko, ‘the fitness guru’ on television’s Last Man Standing, is the pioneer of the studio based version of
Fitness4x4® - the Hour of Power®. Dragan & Rajko came to Sportspace Hemel Hempstead and held a
unique fitness seminar and fitness instructors course.
