First of all can I say a big thank you for introducing me into fitness4X4.
I met you and your father a couple of years back at the senishow in Birmingham. What you both did seemed unbelievable at first and I was sure there was a catch somewhere.

Like a lot of people I purchased the dvd and gave it a bash. My god it killed me and i didnt realise how unfit i was. After a while it does get easier but everytime it gives a real good work out. Especially the squats on the warm up still struggle with them now…
