Fitness 4x4 is the simplest, safest and arguably the most effective fitness training method. Fitness 4x4 was invented 20 years ago by fitness guru, Dragan Radovic, who has since then set numerous world records during fitness events and hasn't been outperformed yet... at the age of 59 !
The Fitness 4x4 concept is a fascinating new approach to exercise that is on one hand so simple and logical, yet on the other hand so radical and controversial. It is controversial because much of what Fitness 4x4 states theoretically ( and proves physically ) goes completely against traditional understanding and teachings on exercise. What is most important is that if you choose to take on the fitness 4x4 concept, you do so out of either an understanding and belief in the theory, or out of a genuine curiosity as to how Fitness 4x4 trainers do what they do.

The Hour of Power ® was once described by an experience fitness professional as being "the real deal" and we believe that is exactly what it is. The Fitness 4x4 concept is based on 4 key principles, each individual principle is as important as the others.
